Bell Releasing the Rugged Samsung Rugby II Flip Phone On December 9th

We heard that the Samsung Rugby II would be hitting Bell Canada in late October and now it's about to be official. It'll reportedly be available for $99.95 on a 3-year contract and for $299.95 contract-free.
