Pantech has just revealed something that high-end smartphones should start featuring more and more as time passes and that's DDR2 RAM. The company announced the Vega X and it's reportedly the first phone to have it - probably 512MB of it. This will be available later this week in South Korea via KT and LG Telecom. This smartphone packs quite the spec sheet, it also has a 4-inch WVGA touchscreen display, a 5MP AF camera, a 1GHz Snapdragon MSM8255 CPU, and Android 2.2 "Froyo".
