Engadget just got exclusive photos on what could be the Nokia smartphone running on Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 OS. Specs are unknown right now but at least we get a look at what it may look like. Clearly, it's just a large touchscreen display and what should be a great camera sensor on the back. Hopefully we hear more about this soon.
