Bloomberg is word that Apple is actually working on a smaller iPhone that's rumoured to cost $199.99 contract-free. This prototype that they're testing right now is apparently one-third smaller than the iPhone 4 and will use similar components to the iPhone 4 to keep costs down. I'm assuming they're going to be targeting teens for this one because a smaller display than the iPhone 4's will be hard to type on if you have adult hands and fingers. Interesting. Maybe it'll be launched this year.
