Android Community is what you see above. This is reportedly a tablet from Kyocera and it's said to be a "gaming tablet" if that makes any sense to you. Specs are unknown right now but from the picture above it looks like the back of the tablet has a black "rubbery matte" feel. I doubt this one's PlayStation Certified but at least you'll be able to play Angry Birds on it.
