Rogers Now Taking Pre-Orders For the XPERIA Arc and Play, If You Have $99

We just found out last night that Rogers in Canada intends to launch the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Arc and Play before the end of April and they took another step to reach that goal today. It's no joke, but you can now pre-order both smartphones for $99.99 on a 3-year contract if you're interested.
