Engadget Chinese Gets A Meizu M9; Lots Of Pics, Review Coming Soon

What you see above comes from Engadget Chinese who recently got their hands on the Android-based iPhone clone, the Meizu M9. It's running version 2.2 with a Retina display-like 3.5-incher with a 960 x 640 resolution. Unfortunately, there's no review of it right now, but it actually looks quite good. Meizu M9 Hits the Website With Full Spec Sheet, Launching On Christmas?

Meizu has just put up the M9 on their own official website (here) and it includes the full spec sheet which is actually great. The M9 features a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with a 960 x 640 resolution, a 1GHz S5PC110 CPU (aka the Hummingbird), Bluetooth 2.1 / WiFi b/g/n support, aGPS, a microSD card slot, a 1,340mAh battery, GSM / GPRS / EDGE / WCDMA / HSDPA / HSUPA connectivity, and Android 2.2. Apparently, this will be available on December 25th in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. This is actually sounding like quite the smartphone so if you ever wanted an iPhone 4 with Android then this one might be the one to get.

iPhone-Clone Android-Based Meizu M9 Leaks In a Few Photos

It looks like the Meizu M9 could be nearing a launch since it has just been leaked again. This time we're seeing the back and the front of the next iPhone clone. The M9 reportedly features a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with a 960 x 640 resolution, a 1GHz CPU, a 5MP camera, an HDMI output, and Android 2.2. Apparently, this will be hitting the market for $360 contract-free which seems pretty good if the software runs properly.
