Cellular South Releases the Samsung Galaxy S Showcase For $199

That's right folks! Cellular South in the US has just released the Samsung Galaxy S Showcase so you can pick it up right now if you're interested. This is available for $199.99 on a 2-year contract if you want to get it. You'll be getting a pretty awesome spec sheet: a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, a 5MP AF camera with 720p HD video recording, a 1GHz Hummingbird CPU, WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth 3.0 support, a microSD card slot, GPS, and Android 2.1 with the Touchwiz UI. Cellular South's Galaxy S Will Be the Samsung Showcase

We already know that Cellular South in the US of A would be getting the Samsung Galaxy S. All that we didn't know is the exact name but it's now confirmed. Cellular South's Galaxy S will be called the Samsung Showcase. The carrier already has the HTC Desire but the Showcase should be a bit of a step up. This should be available soon.
