As expected, Telus in Canada have just released the Android-based Samsung Galaxy S Fascinate. It's available right now for $149.99 on a 3-year contract, $429.99 on a 2-year contract, $479.99 on a 1-year contract, and $529.99 contract-free. Telus Releasing the Samsung Galaxy S Fascinate On November 10th, At Their Event

At this point we already know that Telus and Samsung are holding an event for the Galaxy S Fascinate on November 10th and it looks like that will be the day where they also release it. The event will definitely be an unveil and a release for the phone so it's a perfect launch event. The worst news about this is that it'll be available in "limited quantities" but I'm sure it'll be easier to find than the Captivate on Rogers.

To complete the trio of the Galaxy S smartphones in Canada, Telus looks like they'll be getting their own model as well. They've opted to get the Samsung Galaxy S Fascinate and it'll be capable of running on their 3G+ network. This smartphone packs [pretty much] the exact same spec sheet as the other Galaxy S smartphones, so you shouldn't find anything surprising inside (or outside). When this launches, the three major carriers in Canada will have their own Galaxy S smartphone.

Best Buy Getting the White Samsung Fascinate, White XPERIA X10, and Dell Streak On October 24

It looks like Best Buy in the USA will be getting a couple of new devices on October 24th and they're all Android powered - besides the WP7 based HTC Surround in the picture above. From left to right you have the white Samsung Fascinate that's headed to Verizon, the AT&T Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 in white, and the AT&T Dell Streak.
