Nexus S Now Available In Canada On Videotron, Telus, and Koodo Mobile

The first carrier in Canada to release the Nexus S? It was Videotron and they're willing to give you one if you fork over $149.95 on a 3-year contract or for $529.95 contract-free which is a bit high. The smartphone features a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, a 1GHz CPU, a 5MP AF camera, WiFi / Bluetooth support, hotspot capabilities, NFC, and stock Android 2.3 "Gingerbread". Check out the smartphone on Videotron.

The next two carriers to release the smartphone were Telus and Koodo Mobile via Best Buy. Telus is offering the smartphone right now for $174.99 on a 3-year contract and Koodo wants $274.99 on the Tab - even more expensive than Videotron. Check it out on Best Buy or Telus. Google Nexus S Prices and Details For Telus and Rogers Leak Early

Price and release details for the Google Nexus S has just leaked from Telus and Rogers. Telus (above) looks like they'll be releasing the smartphone tomorrow for $179.99 on a 3-year contract and $549.99 contract-free. This one should be available tomorrow along with its 4-inch display, NFC, a 1GHz CPU, and Android "Gingerbread".

Surprisingly, it looks like Rogers could have the smartphone at a reasonable price: $99.99 on a 3-year contract and $499.99 contract-free. Of course, the 3-year contract price is a promo price so it'll shoot up in a few days / weeks so you better pick one up as soon as you can. I'm guessing it'll be available on a bunch of carriers tomorrow, April 7th.

Google Nexus S Headed To Bell, Rogers, Mobilicity, Wind, and Videotron In Canada

Telus announced it yesterday and everyone else has followed suit. The Google Nexus S, which is made by Samsung, will be hitting Bell, Rogers, Mobilicity, Wind, and Videotron in Canada. This is actually great news for everyone North of the border and maybe more people will actually think about buying this one when they try it out in stores. I'm thinking about it, but it's too bad that it doesn't have a dual-core CPU.

Telus Announces the Galaxy S Fascinate 4G and the Nexus S, They'll Be Here Soon

Telus has just announced two smartphones that'll be hitting their network in the near future. They're the Galaxy S Fascinate 4G, which is expected to arrive in the next 30 to 60 days and the other one is the Nexus S. First off, the Galaxy S Fascinate 4G is probably very similar to the Galaxy S 4G that hit T-Mobile USA not too long ago. It features a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, a 1GHz Hummingbird CPU, HSPA+ (4G) connectivity, a 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording, a front-facing camera, and Android 2.2 with the Touchwiz UI. And this was just the first handset.

The other one is actually a bit better of a smartphone and it's the Nexus S. This one features a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 512MB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, NFC capabilities, a 5MP camera, a front-facing camera, Bluetooth / WiFi support, and stock Android "Gingerbread". However, with this one you're stuck with regular 3G speeds. Of course, this handset should hit a few different carriers in Canada. Price is unknown right now but it should be available in late March / early April.

Sprint To Announce Nexus S 4G, EVO 3D, and EVO View Tablet At CTIA This Year?

By now you should've already heard that Sprint will be announcing a couple of devices at CTIA this year. Coming from an Engadget tipster is word that the carrier will be announcing the Samsung-built Nexus S 4G at the event. Hopefully, it won't just be a Nexus S with WiMAX - let's hope they upgraded some internal components as well (dual-core CPU, please!). The other two devices are said to be the EVO 3D and the EVO View tablet - both should be coming from HTC. The EVO 3D should feature some high-end specs along with a 3D display (and hopefully WiMAX), while the EVO View tablet could just be the Flyer's CMA variant. We'll see what happens in a few weeks.

We heard about it a few weeks ago and it looks like the GT-i9020A aka the Samsung-built Nexus S has just been spotted at the FCC. This smartphone should also be hitting various carriers in Canada along with 3G connectivity so it might be their first "Gingerbread" powered Android phone. Not much left to tell you here so check it out at the FCC.

White Nexus S To Exclusively Hit Vodafone Worldwide

It leaked recently and now it's official. The white Nexus S will exclusively be hitting Vodafone and it'll actually be the only place in the world to get it. Of course, these model isn't really outstanding since it's only the back cover that's white but, hey, someone will want that. The exact release date for this (half) white model is still unknown, but it should be available soon.

Samsung GT-i9020A Spotted At the Bluetooth SIG, Likely the Nexus S For AT&T

Thanks to Mobilicity's CEO (in Canada) we already know that at least four carriers in Canada will be getting the Google Nexus S running Android 2.3 "Gingerbread". If that's the case then the model they get could hit the US as well and that exact model would have 3G bands capable of running on AT&T. A new Bluetooth SIG filing, the GT-i9020A, may be what you're looking for. Seeing how the GT-i9020T is the T-Mobile version of the Nexus S then the 'A' in i9020A could be destined for AT&T. It just makes sense. It's unconfirmed right now but you can bet on it happening. The Nexus One hit most of the major carriers in the US so the Nexus S should as well.

White Google Nexus S Leaks, Likely Destined For Europe

BestBoyz has just got a picture of Google's latest. Well, not really. It's just the Samsung-made Google Nexus S with a white back. Unlike the white iPhone 4 that still has to the market, this one only has a white back and stays with the traiditional black front. We don't know if the US will get this one but it should be hitting certain places of Europe.
